As the world\u2019s eyes look upon Glasgow ahead of COP26, the CREATE YMI & IMS team have launched an ambitious citywide music project based on the song \u2018I am the Earth\u2019 by Australian composer Glyn Lehmann.<\/p>\n

Below you\u2019ll find a demonstration video<\/strong> of the song performed by our tutors alongside video lessons to support teaching at each stage. There’s also a downloadable Teacher Resource Pack<\/strong> which includes the lyric sheet as well as suitable percussion rhythms.<\/p>\n

The project will culminate in the creation of a video performance of recordings gathered from all schools and all stages citywide, which will then be broadcast at the start of COP26, along with special live performances from schools at high profile events during COP26.<\/p>\n
