We use visual timetables in our school to help all children prepare for the day.\u00a0They\u00a0enable pupils to understand what they are doing when over a period of time such as during the day or an activity. They give structure to the day and can reduce anxiety levels. Symbols are used to represent the tasks, activities or lessons.<\/p>\n
