What is Developing the Young workforce?<\/h3>\n

Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) is the Scottish Government\u2019s Youth Employment strategy to better prepare young people for the world of work.<\/p>\n

At Blairdardie, we want all pupils to aspire to a positive destination in the future after their education. We aim to support pupils identifying their skill set in relation to work as well as learning about a range of careers as they progress through school.\u00a0 If you have a skill\/career that you’d like to share with our pupils we would be happy to hear from you.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
