Our business took off in 2021 when COP26 was hosted in our home town, Glasgow. We knew we wanted to make a change and play our part in helping the planet.
We started by making a few small changes; switch off the smart board when finished using it, turn off the class light when leaving the room and swapped single use water bottles for a jug and cups at lunch time.
Then we started to think about other things we could do to encourage others to swap single use for sustainable and Ashton Sewing Solutions was born!
