Dear Staff,\u00a0Parents and Carers,<\/p>\n

This relevant, challenging and amusing talk takes a look at life for staff,\u00a0parents and carers today, with advice on\u00a0how to best navigate the challenges<\/b>\u00a0that might be faced, helping to\u00a0build resilience<\/b>\u00a0in our young people.<\/p>\n

Many young people leave school with a developed sense of \u201cI can\u2019t\u201d and \u201cI am no good.\u201d \u00a0James seeks to encourage staff, parents and carers to\u00a0recognise that education is about the whole individual and not just academic performance<\/b>, just as GenZ Leaders\u00a0celebrates the achievements<\/b>\u00a0of our young people.<\/p>\n

GenZ Leaders\u00a0encourages and develops<\/b>\u00a0young people to\u00a0become the leaders of the next generation<\/b>. \u201cIt is not simply excellent grades but\u00a0strength of character and an ability to persevere\u00a0<\/b>that will enable children to\u00a0flourish in the future<\/b>\u201d – Headteacher<\/p>\n
