Hussain Pupil of the Day 🥳🤩

Due to the fact that we had one dry day this week, we decided to take our PATHS lesson outside.

Hussain was Pupil of the Day and had a very special chair to sit in to receive his compliments from his classmates.

It was nice to have a change of scenery for this lesson and Hussain was delighted hearing all the positive things we all had to say about him.

In P6/7, we love giving compliments and making people feel happy. ‘Woop Woop!’

Mohamed Jomaa Pupil of the Day 🌟🌟

Mohamed Jomaa is learning at home and it was his turn for Pupil of the Day so we decided to call him via Teams and give him his compliments.

Not even distance can stop us giving our friends compliments. 💜💜

It was so special for us to share our compliments with Mohamed Jomaa at home and he told us he felt really happy after hearing all the nice things we had to say about him.

Graffiti Hunt and Litter Pick

This week, we helped Miss Brooks by going on a graffiti hunt and collecting litter in our local area.

As a school, we are trying to collect our fifth green flag. Miss Brooks and the Eco committee do amazing work and help us live as sustainably as we can at school.

We were shocked to see so much graffiti in our local area. Miss Brooks is going to report it to Glasgow City Council who will come out and clean it off.

The amount of litter we picked up was also shocking. It was hard to carry it all back to school. We picked up over 400 pieces of litter in total.
