Podcasting πŸŽšπŸ“»πŸŽ™πŸŽ€

This term, we are campaigning for an improvement in our school lunches. Β We’ve been learning about the features of a campaign and how to persuade people to give us what we are asking for.

As part of this project, we have been learning how to podcast with Mr McCormack. We’ve learned how to set up a mixing desk and mics for a podcast, as well as how to include sound effects and control the volume on the mixing desk.

Learning through technology is lots of fun and we are loving sharing our opinion on why our school lunches should be improved.

Confident Individuals πŸ€©πŸ‘πŸΌ

A massive thank you and well done to all of our amazing classmates who have volunteered to present in front of our class.

You have all shown bravery and we have loved being an audience for your fantastic presentations. We have been so impressed with your digital skills in creating the presentation and we’ve also been impressed with your talking and listening skills. Β Keep up this excellent work superstars!

Remember, anyone can volunteer to speak to the class about a subject they’re interested in.

Wall Sit Challenge πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏽

During our PE lessons this term, we are learning about body weight circuits.
We have learned the importance of controlling our body during exercise and making sure our muscle groups are engaged And we are carrying exercises out properly.

For fun at the end of our PE lessons, we have been taking part in the β€˜Wall Sit Challenge’. Β To carry out the wall sit correctly, you need to sit back, position your feet correctly and engage your core – it’s a lot of hard work. Just look at the pain and determination on these faces … πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
