We have been learning about how Yoga🧘♂️can help our bodies 👫and minds 🧠get stronger.💪
Last week I asked you all to make a Yoga 🧘♂️🎥🎥video so you could teach your class some Yoga. Well done to Kalsoom who was the ONLY person who sent me a video.

TASK 4:
We are learning about keeping a healthy heart.💪❤️
It is hard to get lots of exercise when you are stuck at home. Your challenge today is to try and raise⬆️ your heart ❤️beat through exercise 🤸♀️⛹️♀️🧘♂️🛹⚽️🏸for 20 minutes. I would like you to do this twice today.
You could:
- Run around the garden
- Do squat thrusts/burpies
- Star jumps
- aerobics
- Gymnastics

Remember to take rest breaks for 5 to 10 seconds between moves.
