We have been reading The Twits this term and learning about adjectives. Today we went outdoors to find natural materials to create Mr Twit. We had to use adjectives to describe the materials we used and to describe Mr Twit.

We used the outdoor stage to perform a mini drama about our feelings.
We went on a noun hunt in the school garden and then said sentences with adjectives .
Please try to log on to your Sumdog this week. I have set a homework task focused on measure for revision of what we have done in class this term.
Thanks 🙂
Hi everyone! Below is P2/3 meet the teacher video.
Our school focus was personal hygiene and while the children participated in a group sorting activity, green paint was used to show children how easily germs transfer onto objects and our hands 😊
Today we discussed boys and girls. We shared ideas about toys, clothes, food and books that boys and girls like. It highlighted that some children thought only boys played football and computer games, some children thought that only girls could wear pink or play skipping.
We discussed how anybody can play with anything and wear any colour. These things do not make you a girl or a boy. Please encourage your children to be adventurous and try new things.
Some children have been having difficulty accessing teams. I have taken screen shots of how to do it. I will reset this password for Inayah when she comes into class to ensure it’s private.
If you want to download an app click app, if not just click web to keep it as an internet page
Hi everyone, some of the pupils said that they cannot access the blog with their logins. I have used all of their logins this morning To confirm that they work and have shown them how to access the blog.
Please ensure you are copying the name and email exactly as it appears on the card. Some names have been shortened to fit the email address.
I hope this helps.
Mrs Dunnet 😊
Hi everyone,
the children decided on Friday that they would like a non uniform day on Thursday, as well as crazy hair!
Can’t wait to see all the crazy, creative styles and colours!
We are learning about trees and birds for our biodiversity topic this term. If you have a smartphone or iPad , and have free time, could you download the Woodlands Trust free tree finder app. You could take a trip to a local park or green space to find out which trees are growing in our local area!
Cant wait to hear all about them in class 😀
