Open Afternoons<\/strong><\/p>\n

All of our classes are currently hard at work on our whole-school topic, which this year is ‘Design’. We would welcome all parents to come and take a look around the school at the displays of this work on the 14th and 15th May from 3.15-4pm.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sponsored Run<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year’s sponsored run is now scheduled for Thursday 1st May!<\/p>\n

Each class will be challenged to run, jog or walk for a set length of time, and we are aiming to raise money towards a fund to pay for a defibrillator to be housed at the school. If you would like to donate towards this you will see a fund in iPayimpact called ‘Defibrillator Donations’ and you could make contribution towards the fund there.<\/p>\n

Parents are invited to spectate at these times:<\/p>\n

P1&2 at 10am
\nP3-5 at 1.30pm
\nP6&7 at 2.15pm<\/p>\n

Please remember your child will need a water bottle and any relevant medications (inhalers etc) should be up to date and stored in school\/with your child as appropriate. Pupils can wear their PE kit\/running clothing all day at school on the 1st.<\/p>\n

P7 Photographs<\/strong><\/p>\n

A photographer from Tempest will be in school to take a picture of our Primary 7 class on 14th May<\/strong>. These will then be made available for order.<\/p>\n

Nursery Aged Football Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n

P6-7 Netball Club<\/strong><\/p>\n

A reminder our four-week netball<\/span> club will run on Fridays from 2nd May. The sessions will take place in the hall between 3.05 and 4 and will be run by some senior pupils from Madras, with a member of staff present to supervise. If there is a week on which your child cannot attend please contact the school office as early as possible to let us know. You should have been contacted to confirm your child’s place at the club, please contact the office if you are unsure about this.<\/p>\n

Running Club<\/strong><\/p>\n

Running Club will resume next week from Friday 2nd May at the usual times (3.05-4pm).<\/p>\n
