The medication must be supplied to the nursery by parents\/ carers who have a legal responsibility for your child. We are unable to accept medication from other family members or childminders. The medication must be supplied in its original packaging and include any patient information leaflet supplied with the medication. The medication must be clearly labelled with your child&#8217;s name, date of birth and dispensing instructions.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Staff will provide the relevant paperwork for you to complete.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Staff cannot give a first dose of any medication in nursery.
