Anyone who feels they have been the victim of violence or aggression on school property or regarding a school issue should report it immediately to Mrs Jess (Headteacher). All reports of this nature will be taken seriously.<\/p>\n
Where incidents involve children, enhanced planning is always put in place around the situation to minimise the chance of any reoccurrence. Good communication between school and home is vital and we really value parent’s communication with us around any issues and we value partnership working. We work in partnership with other agencies, as necessary, to ensure all pupils’ needs are met.\u00a0 All incidents are taken seriously and are logged.<\/p>\n
As staff we model the expected standards of behaviour to children through our interactions with each other as well as with pupils and we have to ask that parents and visitors to the school also follow the expected standards of behaviour. This applies to face to face interactions and to electronic communication including emails and\u00a0 posts on Social Media (e.g. Facebook and Whatsapp).\u00a0 While we understand that parents sometimes feel upset or heightened about issues relating to their child, we expect all communication with and about school to be calm and respectful.
