Good morning,
You will be aware that the First Minister yesterday announced a change to the planned phased return to school. She announced that from 15th March all learners from S1-S6 will now have some face-to-face teaching in each of the two weeks prior to the Easter holidays. She also said that two metres physical distancing would be in place between all members of the school community. This places considerable restrictions on the number of learners who can be accommodated in the school at any given time.
I am now waiting for the Scottish Government Guidance to be published and then will begin planning for the phased return from 15th of March. As you will appreciate, this is a logistically challenging timetabling exercise, and I will be back in touch with you with more information once we have developed our plans.
