Thank you to the many visitors to classes over the past few weeks – you made our world languages focus extra special.<\/p>\n

Parent Council<\/strong> – sadly a new committee was not appointed at last week’s AGM.\u00a0 The Parent Council has many important roles in a primary school.\u00a0 It provides a discussion forum for school improvements, supports fund raising, and the running of school events.\u00a0 Going forward not having a Parent Council will have an impact on our school calendar.\u00a0 There is a small window of time in which if you would like to save the Parent Council and get involved you should email: tayportpcsecretary@gmail.com.<\/span><\/p>\n

Book gift – <\/strong>As part of our gold reading school accreditation we will be gifting all pupils a book this Friday – children will be able to choose from a wide selection.<\/p>\n
