Pounds for Primaries<\/strong> – This morning we had an impromptu and surprise assembly for our P3-7 MAD Groups.\u00a0 The children and staff thought the Courier and Evening Telegraph were coming along to find out what we had spent our winnings from last year on… however… there was a big surprise.\u00a0 We won another cash prize this year<\/strong>! The amount will be revealed in this Friday’s Courier and Evening Telegraph.\u00a0 Thanks to the Tayport community for supporting us again!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Tempest Group Photo –\u00a0date change<\/span> –\u00a0<\/strong>Group photos will now take place on Tuesday 27 May.<\/p>\n

Family STEM Challenge<\/strong> – This week, at Wednesday’s Learn to Learn assembly children will be finding out more about this term’s STEM challenge which has been created by the STEM Challengers and Green Team MAD groups and Mrs Duncan.\u00a0 The sustainability theme of the challenge links to our whole school topic of “Tayport then, now and next”.\u00a0 We hope that lots of families will get involved! P7 Residential – 30 April – 2<\/strong> May – Please note Mrs Tweed will be accompanying staff and children to the residential this week so Mr Fox will be your first point of contact from Wednesday [30th].<\/p>\n

Congratulations to our Rotary Quiz team<\/strong> who performed well at St Andrews, against school teams from Dundee and Fife,\u00a0 on Friday evening.\u00a0 They came fifth in a very close competition, and showed great team spirit and positivity.<\/p>\n
