You can enrol the child into their catchment school or make a placing request for other schools you would prefer the child to attend.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All applications should be completed online before 23:59pm on 15 March 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will need before starting this form:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Child&#8217;s details (including medical history)<\/li>\n<li>Emergency contact information<\/li>\n<li>Doctor and Health Visitors information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You will be asked to upload:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A copy of your child&#8217;s birth certificate<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; You can also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fife.gov.uk\/kb\/docs\/articles\/community-life2\/births,-deaths-and-marriages\/order-a-certificate\" target=\"_self\">order a birth certificate<\/a>\u00a0online.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Council Tax notification letter<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; If you don&#8217;t have a paper bill, you can download a copy of your council tax bill from within your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fife.gov.uk\/kb\/docs\/articles\/housing\/council-tax\" target=\"_self\">online account<\/a>. The council tax notification letter must be your most recent bill, issued for 2025\/26.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evidence of current address<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; a gas\/electric bill, driving licence, phone bill, or benefits letter to confirm your child lives within the catchment area. These documents must not be more than 6 months old.
