The purpose of these visits\u00a0is to allow your child to meet the nursery staff in their\u00a0new rooms, the children who are already in the room or\u00a0those who will be starting at the same time. Staff will be available to answer any questions you may\u00a0 have about your child\u2019s entry\u00a0 into nursery. \u00a0A presentation by the Headteacher, Lorraine Rotchford as part of the transition process, will cover all aspects of nursery life.<\/p>\n<p>Transitions to school are carefully planned with local primary schools.\u00a0 Supportive visits and information events are held for parents\/carers and children during the year prior to starting school.\u00a0 Further information will be posted as it becomes available.<\/p>\n<p>We ask parents to complete a short questionnaire during their first term\u00a0to assess if our programme is meeting the needs of both yourselves and the children.
