Pupil profiles support staff in understanding and planning to overcome barriers to learning.<\/p>\n

Health<\/span><\/strong> – diagnosis and barriers to learning due to health needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visual Assessment<\/span><\/strong> and recommendations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sensory Profile<\/span><\/strong> and recommended activities and equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Proactive Management Plan<\/span><\/strong> with self-regulation and soothers identified.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eating and Drinking Programme <\/span><\/strong>with any dietary requirements and specialist cutlery\/plates. This would also include gastrostomy and jejunostomy feeding.<\/span><\/p>\n

Communication Programme <\/span><\/strong>including AAC; Picture Exchange; Objects of reference; Signalong; Movement Gesture and Sign ; Gesture; Taking you to an area\/object; Pointing; Body language.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moving and Handling Plans <\/span><\/strong>including scripts and equipment that support transitions in and out of equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Risk Assessments <\/span><\/strong>in relation to activities\/distressed behaviour.<\/span><\/p>\n
