At Pittencrieff, we aim to develop and enhance our learning by working with partners.
Currently, we work with the following partners on a regular basis:
– Bikeability- to help children to learn to cycle confidently and safely
– Ardroy Outdoor Education Centre – our residential provider for P6 and P7 residentials
– The John Muir Trust – as part of our Outdoor Learning Programme in P6 and P7
– Carnegie Trust – who support our outdoor learning projects in the Glen and The Carnegie Project in P7
– Lochore Meadows Outdoor Education Centre– who support our Outdoor Learning Programmes in P4-P7
– Carnegie Leisure Centre – who support our Natural Connection programme in P4-P5
– Barnardo’s– who support our upper schools substance misuse programme
– SSPCA– who support our learning in taking care of animals and pets
– Active Schools Fife – who support our extra curricular activity clubs
– Fife Fire and Rescue Service – to support or learning about fire safety
– Police Scotland – to support our learning about citizenship and the law
– Fife College – to support our STEAM learning
– West Baptist Church– who provide support to our school
– Peacock Support in the Glen– who are working with our P7s to develop a Peacock Garden area
