Care and Welfare

Child Protection

All children and young people in Fife have a right to be cared for and protected. We all have a part to play to ensure that you are safe and your needs are met. Here in Fife, we believe that “child protection is everyone’s job and everyone’s responsibility”. Your welfare is very important to us all and we take that very seriously.

The Fife Child Protection web pages offer more detail on child safety issues than is covered here.

The protection of children within our nursery and local community is paramount and is the responsibility of us all.

The Child Protection Co-ordinators for our school/nursery are:

Miss Tracy Malcolm, Headteacher

Ms Joanne Hughes, Depute Headteacher

Miss Patricia Beveridge, Depute Headteacher

If you have any concerns about the safety of any child in the community you can also personally contact the Social Work Contact Centre on 03451 55 15 03 or SW.ContactCtre@fife.gov.uk
