Your feedback helps us to celebrate what we do well and identify where we can make improvements.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"349\" data-end=\"584\">We always encourage families to share their thoughts \u2014 whether it\u2019s a <strong data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"433\">compliment<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"446\">concern<\/strong>, or <strong data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"464\">complaint<\/strong> \u2014 as every piece of feedback helps us continue to provide the highest quality of care and education for our children.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"607\">\ud83c\udf1f Compliments<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"608\" data-end=\"840\">We love to hear when something has gone well! Positive feedback means a lot to our team and helps us know what makes a difference to you and your child. You can share compliments in person, through our suggestion box, or by email.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"860\">\ud83d\udcad Concerns<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"860\">If you have a concern, please speak to a member of staff as soon as possible. Most issues can be resolved quickly through open conversation.
