A week at Ardroy

Most of the class were away at Ardroy for a P7 residential. The activities we did at Ardroy were Jacobs ladder, night walk, Introduction walk, Abseiling, Archery and canoeing plus many more. Our week away gave us the opportunity to work on team building, problem solving and challenge ourselves. When it was eating time we were meant to not waste food and on Monday we had 127g, and at dinner time we had 20g and the rest we got 0g. When group A were doing canoeing Simon, our instructor, the whole time was steering us in circles when everyone thought it was each other. When Simon detached his canoe we were fine and we headed in the right direction. And then once we finished we had to carry the canoe back to where it belongs and some people went in the water and after about 30 seconds they came out freezing. In archery Stephanie and Ewan were up at the same time as each other and when we were trying to hit the balloons we were both less than a fist away from hitting it and were both very disappointed when we realised it hadn’t hit the balloon 🙁  It was Aayans birthday while we were away and we couldn’t light the candle on his cake so we just eat it without a candle.

Now we are back at school we are working on are Hunger games stuff again. We are following on what we did on the first week with some new vocabulary words. This weeks words are:
