{"id":907,"date":"2026-04-24T12:37:42","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T12:37:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/fi\/npsp7\/?p=907"},"modified":"2026-04-24T12:37:42","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T12:37:42","slug":"primary-7-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/fi\/npsp7\/2026\/04\/24\/primary-7-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Primary 7"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">On Monday, we started off with triangles and squares correcting their RRR (revisit, review, re<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">vise) in maths and the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2Themed SCXW99477931 BCX0\">pentagons<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">\u00a0doing a rigour maths worksheet.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">We then started to read our new class novel, The Wrong Shoes.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">On Tuesday\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">we<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">\u00a0started off with\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">writing a piece on The Wrong Shoes, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">basically a<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">\u00a0summary of what we had learnt so far.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">We also\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">practised our\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">new dance<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">\u00a0for glee to the song \u201cI lived<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">\u201d<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">Wednesday was the day of\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">Kit Car and Rotary Quiz<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">. At Kit Car, we won the award for\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">the greenest car, meaning we used the most\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">recycled resources used to design our car<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">, and Rotary Quiz we\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">don\u2019t<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">\u00a0know what we placed but we think we did\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">pretty good<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">. We also started\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">our research onto Food Banks, and made a Freeform\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">about our new book,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW99477931 BCX0\">The Wrong Shoes and\u00a0 practised our singing for glee.
