We\u2019ve had another fantastic week full of learning, teamwork and creativity in Primary 6.<\/p>\n
This week, we proudly took part in the Euro Quiz after spending lots of time researching and preparing our answers. Everyone worked incredibly hard on their research and it was great to finally take part in the quiz. Well done to all involved for your effort and enthusiasm!<\/p>\n
We also had our committee meetings this week, where pupils had the opportunity to share their ideas and take responsibility for improving different areas of our school life.<\/p>\n
In Rights Respecting Schools, we have been designing Rights Leaflets and creating ChatterPix to share important messages about children\u2019s rights in a fun and engaging way.<\/p>\n
For Numeracy, we have been learning how to multiply numbers by 10s, 100s and 1000s. We\u2019ve been using our place value knowledge to help us understand how digits move when we multiply.<\/p>\n
In our Daily Write, our new focus is punctuation. We are working hard to include a variety of punctuation in our writing to make it more interesting and engaging for the reader.<\/p>\n
We have also continued practising our Spring Assembly drama and there has been some wonderful acting on display. We can\u2019t wait to perform it soon!<\/p>\n
