Maths- This week we have been practising our time work in the textbooks.

 

Art- In art we have been doing one point perspective line art. We watched a  tutorial step by step to make a tenement street.

 

Writing- In our class novel we read a chapter and pretended we were in first person as Joe and Graham.

 

P.E- In P.E we have been practising our football skills, by practising our dribbling, passing and control of the ball. We’ve also done a mini game with the benches in the hall.

 

ICT- In ICT we have been working on Excel. We learned which jobs might have to use Excel. As well as using Excel, we have created an animation on the I-pads on a football match between Celtic and Rangers.

 

Topic- Our main topic this term is Glasgow and Celtic vs Rangers. We have been enjoying our class novel Divided City. We wrote a piece of writing for the book.

 

Spelling- All week, we have been practising our spelling words on Spelling city. We have been told to practise at home and school. Spelling City is a great place to practise.

 

Dictation- We read a paragraph of our class novel and did dictation for the first time this year.

 

Drama- In drama we read a paragraph of Divided City and acted it out in groups of 4 or 5. Afterwards, we presented it to the class. Each person had a different role to play.
