On Thursday we attended the Church with the whole school to sing lots of Christmas songs and hear the Christmas story.<\/p>\n

In class we have been busy making Christmas decorations and calendars ready for the New Year. We are looking forward to bringing them home.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We have completed our work on Money and Decimals and have completed an assessment to show our understanding of the topic. We have also been working on our 6 and 7 times tables since we are such fans of these numbers!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We have written Christmas themed Haiku poems and we have been developing our use of commas and descriptive language.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We watched and reviewed the John Lewis Christmas advert and explored the message behind it.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
In Science, we have been exploring the uses of batteries and how they are made and we have further developed our skills in creating and drawing circuits.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Today, we enjoyed a Christmas sing a long in the hall with the whole school and we competed in groups to complete a Christmas quiz.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
It has been a very busy term and we hope everyone relaxes and has a lovely Christmas and New Year when it comes.<\/p>\n
