This week we have been getting ready for the Spring Assembly. We have practised our lines and sung the songs. We hope you enjoyed it this morning.<\/p>\n
In Literacy, we had groups discussions about whether children should get to go to the moon. We found out on Newsround that there is a shuttle heading there at the moment. Children came up with for and against arguments and then we also wrote a discussion to share our personal thoughts. The P3s also uplevelled some sentences using adjectives, adverbs, fancy verbs, openers and connectives! What a great job!<\/p>\n
In Numeracy, we are continuing to practise our division facts and strategies.<\/p>\n
In PE, we played Chicken or Hero and Jungle’s on Fire.<\/p>\n
In Art, we made Easter Egg decorations by weaving with thread around the shape of an egg. Despite a few tangles initially they are finished and look great.<\/p>\n
