Happy Easter!

We have enjoyed taking our learning outside this week – we created skip counting playground games with chalk. It was great fun as well as being educational 🙂

We used classroom objects to create symmetrical models in pairs – what a fantastic piece of work! A huge variety of objects were collected for the models – dice, blocks, stationery, scarves and lolly sticks to name a few!

We have made Easter cards and written Easter acrostic poems.

In French we have been learning to talk about some clothes, some classroom objects and foods we like and don’t like.

In Science we learned which materials are natural and which are human-made. We also learned which materials absorb water and which materials are waterproof.

We have enjoyed working on our Spring Assembly – everyone looked and sounded so confident.
