This week we continued learning how to write mystery stories, with a focus on punctuating speech and including different clues and suspects in our stories.
We continued our learning of multiplication strategies and angles. We also completed a mental maths assessment to identify any areas for further consolidation. A class target we identified was consolidating our fluency of times tables and applying this knowledge to solve division.
In PE, we are learning about creative dance and are continuing to choreograph and practice our dance. We have also started a new topic of yoga. This week we were focusing on partner yoga and working together to hold different poses, in order to develop our flexibility, balance and control.
We have been continuing to learn Christmas songs to share at the Christmas show next week, including O Tannenbaum, which we are singing in German!
