The school clothing grant is \u00a3130 per child for primary school pupils and \u00a3160 per child for high school pupils.<\/p>\n<div class=\"article-container-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"article-container-public-content\" role=\"region\">\n<p>To qualify for free school meals and a school clothing grant you must receive one of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Income Support<\/li>\n<li>Job Seekers Allowance (Income Based)<\/li>\n<li>Employment and Support Allowance (Income Related)<\/li>\n<li>Child Tax Credit only with annual income below \u00a319,995<\/li>\n<li>Child Tax Credit &amp; Working Tax Credit with annual income up to \u00a39,552<\/li>\n<li>Support under Part VI of the Immigration &amp; Asylum Act 1999<\/li>\n<li>Universal Credit, with monthly earned income of not more than \u00a3796<\/li>\n<li>Long Term Incapacity Benefit\u00a0\u00a0(school clothing grant only)<\/li>\n<li>Widows Allowance &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0if not in full-time employment (school clothing grant only)<\/li>\n<li>Child Tax Credit &amp; Working Tax Credit with annual income below \u00a319,995 (school clothing grant only)<\/li>\n<li>Universal Credit, with monthly earned income of not more than \u00a31,666 (school clothing grant only)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can also receive free school meals and clothing grant if you care for a child as part of a kinship care agreement.<\/p>\n<p>All children in primary 1-5 can receive a free school meal without an application however, you must still apply to receive free school milk and a school clothing grant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<section class=\"information-box\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"service_teaser \">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"service_details col-sm-12 col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"description\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fife.gov.uk\/services\/form-pages\/apply-for-a-school-clothing-grant-andor-free-school-mealsmilk\" data-refno=\"322323\">Apply for a school clothing grant and\/or free school meals\/milk<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"article-container-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"article-container-public-content\" role=\"region\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We can provide free school meals and a school clothing grant if you are on a low income.
