Welcome back to an exciting term filled with lots of learning! This term, our topic is the Titanic, and we have a variety of engaging activities planned across different subjects.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maths Focus:<\/strong>\u00a0We will be exploring weight, length, area, and volume, while continuing to consolidate the four operations and develop correct mathematical vocabulary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Literacy:<\/strong>\u00a0Students will continue writing to our pen pals, enhancing their communication skills. We will also focus on reading comprehension and creative writing to strengthen literacy outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Topic- Titanic:<\/strong>\u00a0The topic on the Titanic will incorporate elements of social studies, science, drama, Maths, Literacy and expressive arts to provide a well-rounded learning experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Burns Poems:<\/strong>\u00a0Poems will be sent home this week for students to learn, and they will also be posted on Seesaw for your reference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PE:<\/strong>\u00a0Our focus will be on Scottish country dancing, promoting physical activity and cultural appreciation. We may even compare to other countries expressive dancing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Health and Wellbeing (HWB):<\/strong>\u00a0Dates for Relationships, Sexual Health, and Parenthood (RSHP) lessons will be shared soon, along with links for your information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to a productive and enjoyable term ahead!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Iddir and Miss O\u2019Neill<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Block Two (January &#8211; April 2026) Welcome Back!
