Our Oak Room welcomes children aged 3–5 years.

Here, our curriculum is shaped by the principles of Curriculum for Excellence, supporting children to become confident individuals, successful learners, responsible citizens, and effective contributors. We create an environment where children’s curiosity is nurtured, their voices are valued, and their learning is deeply connected to their interests and experiences.

Through play-rich opportunities, children explore early literacy, numeracy, health and wellbeing, expressive arts, and the world around them. Our practitioners skilfully observe, listen, and respond—planning learning that is child-led, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate.

We celebrate each child’s unique learning journey, encouraging them to ask questions, solve problems, and express themselves in creative and meaningful ways. Our approach fosters independence, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning—laying strong foundations for the transition to school and beyond.
