Hello and welcome to P5b!<\/p>\n

Our class teacher is Mrs Quantick and we have 33 pupils in the class.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

P.E day will be a Tuesday with Mrs Roy. Please wear sportswear on this day. Some lessons may take place outside so dress for the weather!<\/p>\n

This week we have been busy getting snapshot jotters ready.\u00a0 The pupils created a silhouette of their profile in a Victorian style.\u00a0 These are in the snapshot jotters for you to look at.\u00a0 We have also been working hard on our Victorian street scenes.\u00a0 A photo will be put into jotters.\u00a0 Please ask your child what they have learned about rich\/poor Victorian life!<\/p>\n

We are looking forward to the trip to Hopetoun House next week.\u00a0 Please remember to dress for the unpredictable Scottish weather as part of the day will be spent exploring the grounds.<\/p>\n

If anyone has any empty shoeboxes at home could these be brought in please?\u00a0 We are going to design and build a Victorian doll house for our art project.<\/p>\n

\nHomework Due – 18.5.26<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Reading<\/strong> \u2013 We are taking a break from using the literature circle task booklets but reading will still be assigned each week. \u00a0We will be focusing on reading for enjoyment and I will be hearing the groups read aloud each week.<\/p>\n

Numeracy<\/strong> \u2013 We have moved on to shape in Mathematics.\u00a0 Pupils chose a sheet to complete at home.\u00a0 All of the worksheets were explained to the class so they should know what they are doing.<\/p>\n
