It is likely that you and your family will need to access health or social care services at some point in your life. This may be, for example, a hospital, care home or a nursery like us. The Care Inspectorate use standards to measure the quality of care being received.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Standards are underpinned by five principles; <\/span>dignity and respect, compassion, be included, responsive care and support and wellbeing.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Standards are based on five headline outcomes:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 I experience high quality care and support that is right for me.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 I am fully involved in all decisions about my care and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 I have confidence in the people who support and care for me.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 I have confidence in the organisation providing my care and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 I experience a high-quality environment if the organisation provides the premises.<\/span><\/p>\n
