Forest Kindergarten is organised by groups and delivered for a block period within each term at Duloch Woods.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dates can be found on the annual calendar, on display in playrooms and posted on Seesaw<\/span><\/p>\n

Drop off for Forest Kindergarten sessions are 9:20am at the entrance to Duloch Woods\/Calais Woods. Staff will be there to meet the children, where they will take a quick register then head off to the woods for lots of learning and exploring.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the sessions including waterproofs and wellies. Remember we live in Scotland and the weather can change very quickly therefore it is important the children are prepared for this.<\/span><\/p>\n

Children will return to nursery for their lunch where you will be able to collect them at the normal finish time.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your child’s outdoor clothing is at nursery, then please take it home the day before the woods.<\/span><\/p>\n

We actively seek parent helpers to support these trips.<\/span><\/p>\n

As always if you have any queries\/questions, anything at all you can speak to a member of staff in your child’s room.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that this is part of your child’s nursery session therefore if they are unable to attend the woods then they are welcome to attend the remainder of their nursery session from 12pm.<\/span><\/p>\n
