It hurts you on the outside if you are hit physically. It hurts you on the inside by name calling, insulting or saying things that are not very nice knowing that they will hurt your feelings. This can happen to your face or on social media.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Lundin Mill children have described bullying as:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>being mean on purpose and not by accident<\/li>\n<li>always hurting others and blaming it on the game<\/li>\n<li>making fun of people and laughing at them<\/li>\n<li>ganging up on someone and making them feel sad and left out<\/li>\n<li>hurting others with words and by hitting<\/li>\n<li>being mean on your phone and not including everyone in the groups<\/li>\n<li>forcing and controlling people to do things that they style=\"text-align: left\">additional support needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Bullies can make you\u2026<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>feel scared<\/li>\n<li>feel sad and lonely<\/li>\n<li>feel upset and be emotional<\/li>\n<li>feel worthless and horrible<\/li>\n<li>feel angry and mad<\/li>\n<li>feel worried and anxious<\/li>\n<li>feel hurt in your heart and body<\/li>\n<li>hate yourself as
