Improvement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At Limekilns Primary, we consider effective school improvement planning to be a continuous process of considering what is working well and what needs to improve.<\/p>\n<p>See recent feedback <span style=\"color: #ff00ff\"><a style=\"color: #ff00ff\" href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/fi\/limekilnspsweb\/our-school-2\/how-are-we-doing\/feedback\/\">HERE<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>When planning for improvement, we are guided by the following principles:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>focus on a small number of well considered priorities<\/li>\n<li>consider both our local context and the National Improvement Framework (NIF) when developing a plan that works for our children and families<\/li>\n<li>take an evidence-based approach, including careful analysis of data of children\u2019s progress to plan targeted interventions<\/li>\n<li>ensure we collaborate with the whole school community to develop and evaluate plans<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>School Improvement Plan<\/strong> sets out our improvement priorities for the current\u00a0school year\u00a0and the <strong>Standards and Quality Report\u00a0<\/strong>evaluates our targets from last year.<\/p>\n<p>The documents below will give you
