Remembrance Day 2023 (Mrs Harrower)<\/strong>
\nThe House Captains will be coming around tutors this week to give you an opportunity to donate money for a poppy. Please donate anything you can afford. All money will go to Poppy Scotland.<\/p>\n

Brass Lessons (Mrs Duckett)<\/strong>
\nDue to illness, no brass lessons are on today, but wind band WILL be on! Ask Mrs Duckett for more information if needed.<\/p>\n

S2 Netball (Mrs Little)<\/strong>
\nCan all S2 netball players please meet Mrs Little for a short meeting at 1:30pm today in PE classroom.<\/p>\n

S4\/U16 Football (Mr Pennel)<\/strong>
\nAll boys interested in playing in Monday’s Fife Cup game, please attend a meeting today at break in the PE department.<\/p>\n

Last Inktober Session (Mrs Donaldson)<\/strong>
\nD15, 1pm today. Please bring your folders, pens & artwork. This will be the last session of the challenge. Please come along even if your works not quite finished.<\/p>\n

S5\/6 Pupils helping with Primary Enterprise Day (Miss Nessel)<\/strong>
\nPupils should make their own way to Fair Isle Primary School for 8.45am on Thursday 9 November. You will be briefed on your jobs for the day once you get there. Full uniform expected. Bring your lunch with you. Any issues, or if you can no longer, see Miss Nessel ASAP.<\/p>\n

PE Lost Property (Mrs Steedman)<\/strong>
\nIf you have lost any items of clothing since summer can you please come down to the PE department on Wednesday at lunch to see if you can find any of your items. These clothes will be taken to a charity shop if the owners are not found.<\/p>\n

SQA Assessment Survey (Mrs Davidson)<\/strong>
\nAll S5\/S6 pupils, please complete the SQA Assessment Survey – link is in your Team.<\/p>\n

S5\/6 Discover STEM Day at the University of Dundee (Miss Tennant)<\/strong>
\nVisit the University of Dundee campus and experience some taster sessions in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Environmental Science and Anatomy & Human Identification. You will also have the opportunity to see the University of Dundee campus during a guided tour with some student ambassadors. This event takes places on Wednesday 15 November 2023, running from 10am \u2013 2.30pm. Places are limited, to attend please register your interest using the link: or see Miss Tennant.<\/p>\n

\nThe Hero in question is Milo the Gladiator. Can he escape the clutches of the evil Roman senator? Can he escape Mount Vesuvius errupting? All are welcome to classics film club. Bring your lunch with you to C11. See me for a pass in advance.<\/p>\n

KHS Radio Show on K107FM (Dr Murray)<\/strong>
\nWe present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy’s radio station, K107FM every Saturday morning. You could be involved, even if you’re never available on a Saturday! We meet every Friday in A4 (Dr Murray’s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch\/building pass.<\/p>\n

KHS D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) Group (Dr Murray\/Miss Collins)<\/strong>
\nThe KHS D&D Group meets in D2 (Home Ec) every Friday after school. Take part in exciting adventures and storytelling. It’s all up to the fate of the dice!<\/p>\n

\nChess club runs Monday lunchtimes in A6, 1:10-1:40pm. Beginners to Grand masters welcome. Collect a lunchtime pass from Dr Black if you would like to come along.<\/p>\n

Anime and Manga Club (Miss Kelsey)<\/strong>
\nAnybody interesting in watching, drawing, and\/or reading anime and manga, can now attend the anime and manga club every Monday lunchtime in B29.<\/p>\n

Basketball & Badminton Club (Mr Harrower)<\/strong>
\nBasketball and Badminton clubs will start on Monday afterschool in the games hall from 3:15-4:15pm. All pupils in S1-S6 welcome.<\/p>\n

S1&2 Girls Football (Mrs Steedman)<\/strong>
\nTraining will begin on Monday 3:30-4:15pm. Absolutely anyone is welcome! Make sure you bring a change of kit with you!<\/p>\n
