\nFebruary is “LGBT+ History Month” at KHS, when we celebrate the contributions LGBT+ people have made to the world over the years. Keep an eye on the KHS LGBT+ Twitter for the historical facts and interesting people and put Friday 24 February in your diary. That will be “Purple Friday”, your opportunity to wear something purple to show your support for equality and diversity at KHS and across the world! \nWe have an opportunity for folk in S5 to spend some time during the summer working in REAL science\/engineering labs. This would obviously be a great chance for anyone looking to study Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths subjects beyond school. See Miss Irvine\/Dr Murray\/Miss Tennant if you’re interested! \nIf your PE teacher is either Mr Stewart, Mrs Little or Miss Kirkwood, please check the noticeboard at the bottom of the PE steps to check arrangements for your class. Please still bring your PE kit, as the class may be covered by another teacher.<\/p>\n
\nAll S1 pupils who have received an invitation to this terms ‘Tuesday Treats’ should come along to the outside kitchen (A11) at breaktime TODAY. We look forward to seeing you all for a wee treat and a celebration of your success.<\/p>\n

\nS6 Leaver Hoodies can now be paid for on iPayimpact. They are priced at \u00a322 and this includes nickname and a huge choice of colours. All payments to be in by 16 February. Please come and talk to Mrs Rae if you have any questions or there are any barriers to you being able to pay for a hoodie.<\/p>\n
