TUESDAY 30 JUNE<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Hot Meal:\u00a0 <\/strong> Soup of the day, Cheeseburger in a Bun served with Chips or Veggie Cheeseburger in a Bun with Chips. Chicken Fries at breaktime.<\/p>\n

Dress Down Day (Mrs Steedman)<\/strong>
\nThe charity that we are going to be collecting for this term is called Mary’s Meals, this is an incredible charity that focus on feeding hungry children. They feed over 3 million children every day in over 16 countries. The S4 Early Learning and Childcare classes have been doing work to gain the schools bronze award with this charity so the money raised from the dress down day will be donated to them. If you want more information about this charity have a look at the posters around the school that the classes have made. Please can you bring \u00a31 or whatever you can afford to help this amazing cause. Your period 1 teacher will collect the money from you.<\/p>\n

S6 House Captains (Mrs Young)<\/strong>
\nCan all s6 who have applied to be a house captain please check the year group team to check if they have an interview and if so the time. All interviews are Monday and Tuesday and successful candidates will find out on Wednesday. All
\nOther year groups should also keep an eye on Teams for updates on house captain applications.<\/p>\n

Battlefields Trip 2027 – New S3 only (Mr Harrower)<\/strong>
\nAfter the success of this year’s trip, we are looking to organise another Battlefields Trip to Belgium and France in May 2027. If you are interested, you should collect a letter from Mr Harrower in PE or Mrs Harrower in C2 and return it as soon as possible. If you would like to find out more about the trip, please come and speak to one of us at any time.<\/p>\n

Carlyle Bronze Award – Tue 30th June (Mr Spink)<\/strong>
\nAnyone taking part in Bronze Award should report to the appropriate locations at the start of the day: PE Games, get changed at PE and meet in the big hall; film, meet in Assembly Hall; Computer Games – meet at Miss Nessel’s room.\u00a0 Registers will be taken – if your name is not on the list, you will be sent back to class!<\/p>\n

S1\/2 Maths Homework\/Study Club (Mrs McMahon)<\/strong>
\nAll S1 and 2 pupils are invited to come and get help on Tuesday lunchtimes. Bring your lunch and get some help and extra practice with the things you find tricky.<\/p>\n

Lunch Club (YMCA Team)<\/strong>
\nAny Pupils who would benefit from a check in or having a space that’s a bit calmer than the lunch hall\/playground please feel free to pop up for a blether and a bite (we\u2019ve got some multigrain bars and crisps) We are located in The Insync Office, across from B25.<\/p>\n

Futsal Club (Active School\u2019s)<\/strong>
\nCome along to the Games Hall at lunchtime (on Tuesday’s) to join in on some Futsal.<\/p>\n

Jewellery Club (Mrs Geissler)<\/strong>
\nA new Jewellery lunchtime club is starting on Tuesday lunchtime in room E6. We will be looking at making simple pieces of Jewellery using metals and learning processes but also using the 3D Printer and Laser Cutter too! Come along if you fancy it.<\/p>\n

\nDo you love singing? Do you love performing? Warmup your vocal cords as ‘The Treblemakers Choir’ is just for you. Come and join Mrs Simpson and Mr Wilkie in the Music department on Wednesday’s afterschool in room E13. We are asking you to join The Treblemakers if you have interest in joining future school shows. All are welcome.<\/p>\n

Chess Club (Mr Morrice)<\/strong>
\nChess club runs Wednesday lunchtimes in A9, 1:10-1:40pm. Beginners to Grand master\u2019s welcome. Collect a lunchtime pass from Dr Black or Mr Morrice if you would like to come along.<\/p>\n

Anime & Manga Club (Mrs Kelsey)<\/strong>
\nThe Anime and Manga club runs every Wednesday lunchtime with Ms Kelsey in B29. Come along to watch anime, read manga, and draw manga.<\/p>\n
