5\/6 Opportunities to attend college in Column 1 – Tue\/Thur afternoon (Mrs Hamilton)<\/strong>
\nA couple of spaces have opened up at college, if you would be interested please see Mrs Hamilton ASAP<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Level 6<\/strong> – Legal Studies – Entry requirements 3 x Nat 5 passes, one of which needs to be English<\/p>\n

Level 5<\/strong> – Pathway to Early Learning – Entry requirements – to be studying other Nat 5 qualifications<\/p>\n

S5\/6 Foundation Apprenticeships – Children & Young People and Health & Social Care (Mrs Hamilton)<\/strong>

KHS World Cup Tournament (Mrs Steedman)<\/strong>
\nReminder to put your teams in for the tournament starting next Tuesday and Thursday. Scan the QR code around the school to enter your team of 8. Teams will be put up on the notice board in PE with your allocated country. There will be a junior and senior tournament running.<\/p>\n

The Scholastic Book Fair is returning to KHS! (Mr Wadsworth)<\/strong>
\nFrom Wednesday 3rd – Friday 12th of June, you can find a selection of genres and trending titles at great prices!
\nThe Book Fair will be held in B23 with Mr Wadsworth each breaktime, so pop by to pick up your next adventure!<\/p>\n

Sports Day (Mrs Poynter)<\/strong>
\nThe pupils that have qualified for Sports Day will be displayed on the P.E notice board, well done to those who have qualified! If you do not want take part in Sports Day please let a member of the P.E department know ASAP. Sports Day will take place on Friday the 12th of June, there will be more information to follow.<\/p>\n

Quadcopter Challenge S2 (Miss Barclay)<\/strong>
\nRaytheon have sent us the 2026 Quadcopter handbook and we have been given our first deadline of 11th June. All Quadcopter teams should meet in Miss Barclay’s room (maths B4) at lunchtimes to begin designing our quadcopters and to come up with a schedule of work.<\/p>\n

\nAre you baffled by bonding, addled by atoms, or flummoxed by formulae? If so, Chemistry Study Support is available Thursday after school in A4\/A5\/A6. Bring all your problems to the lab bench. You could even use it as a quiet space to get some homework done. Everyone is welcome!<\/p>\n
