\nThis week is mental health awareness week in the UK. This week is important to help us start conversations about our mental health and the things in our life that can affect it. This year’s theme is Nature and why connecting with nature can improve your mental health. Nature has been particularly important for us all this year to help with lockdown and keep connected with others. At KHS, we would like to share these positive stories about how nature (or something else) helps us to nurture our mental health. Keep an eye on @MentalKHS Twitter<\/a> all week to see these positive stories. We would love both staff and pupils to be involved in this so if you would like to share a story see\/email Miss Hay in B6 or message the Twitter account.
