Crochet Club (Mrs Christie)<\/strong>
\nSTARTING TODAY<\/p>\n

There has been LOTS of interest. And lots of keen crocheters! Therefore there will be a limited number of spaces available.<\/p>\n

There will be space for 12 beginners who have no experience. Experienced crocheters are welcome.<\/p>\n

Please see Mrs Christie in her office (Carlyle Guidance Base) to sign up at break and lunch this week and receive a pass<\/p>\n

The Club will run in B17 on Tuesday lunchtimes.<\/p>\n

Volleyball Club (Active Schools Co-Ordinator)<\/strong>
\nA reminder that S1-S6 Volleyball Club is on at lunch time today in the games hall.<\/p>\n

School show (Ms Bruce)<\/strong>
\nIf you’d like to get involved and be part of our next school musical, it’s not too late, join us today after school 3.30-4.30pm in the Drama Department. Tuesday’s rehearsal will focus on choreography and dance so please bring comfy clothes and extra water. Please see Ms Bruce or Mr Wilkie if you have any questions.<\/p>\n

Dyslexia Awareness Week Scotland (Mrs Lindsay)<\/strong>
\nThis week is Dyslexia Awareness Week Scotland. The aim of this year’s campaign is to try and debunk some of the myths and misunderstandings about dyslexia. Scotland will only become a dyslexia-friendly country when everyone knows what dyslexia is \u2013 and isn\u2019t. If you would like to wear a blue ribbon to show your support for Dyslexia Awareness please pop into room B25 and collect one. Further information can be obtained from the Dyslexia Scotland Website.<\/p>\n

School Photographs (Mrs Lowson)<\/strong>
\nSchool Photographs will be taken on Wednesday 1 October 2025 in the school assembly hall. Pupils should wear school uniform, arriving promptly and following all instructions to allow the photographers to process the large number of pupils who will be taking part.
\nPupils will be required to return to class after their photograph has been taken.<\/p>\n

Christmas Fayre \u2013 Raffle Donations (Events Team & Mr. Caldwell)<\/strong>
\nWe\u2019re excited to announce the Kirkcaldy High School Christmas Fayre on Tuesday, 16th December 2025, and we\u2019d love your help to make it extra special! We\u2019re putting together a festive raffle to raise funds for local charities, and would be so grateful for any donations – big or small – whether it\u2019s a gift, voucher, or larger prize.
