S2 Dance Auditions (Mrs Johnston)<\/strong>
\nA reminder the S2 School of Dance auditions are Tuesday & Wednesday at lunch time this week. Please head to the dance studio as soon as you have grabbed your lunch.<\/p>\n

Chess Club (Dr Black & Mr Morrice)<\/strong>
\nChess club runs Wednesday lunchtimes in A6, 1:10-1:40pm. Beginners to Grand master\u2019s welcome. Collect a lunchtime pass from Dr Black or Mr Morrice if you would like to come along.<\/p>\n

S3-S4 Enterprising Maths Challenge (Miss Barclay)<\/strong>
\nIt’s time for the annual Enterprising Maths Challenge! The competition includes: design a poster, maths challenge, practical activity and relay race, and you will be guided through the process by a maths teacher. Each team consists of two S3 students and two S4 students. The Fife heat is in September. Please let Miss Barclay (B4) know before Friday if you are in S3 or S4 and are interested in taking part.<\/p>\n

S2, S3 & Senior Netball (Mrs Poynter)<\/strong>
\nIf you are interested in playing for either the S2, S3 or Senior netball teams this year can you please attend a meeting at breaktime on Wednesday in the Boys Gym. If you cannot attend please see Mrs Poynter ASAP.<\/p>\n

Return of Art Folios (Mrs Cowie)<\/strong>
\nIf you sat National 5 or Higher Art and Design last session and you would like your folios returned from the SQA can you, please see Mrs Cowie in the Art Department by Friday 12th Sept.
\nThe cost for the return of the folios is \u00a33.91 payable at the office.
\nFolios will be returned some time after the October break.<\/p>\n

S5\/6 –\u00a0School College Partnership Courses – Mr Fulton<\/strong>
\nAll pupils who have a college course on their timetables on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons should receive an email from Fife College explaining where and when you have to go on Tuesday afternoon. Please check your emails to make sure that you are aware of these details. You are required to attend either the Glenrothes or Kirkcaldy campus reception (depending on your chosen course) at 1:50pm where staff from the SCP team will meet you. If you are unsure, come and speak to me\u00a0BEFORE TUESDAY!<\/b><\/p>\n

Lower string lessons – cello\/double bass and bass guitar. (Mrs Simpson)<\/strong>
\nAs of this week, lessons are moving from a Tuesday to a Thursday and will take placed in E11 – just along from Mrs Duckett’s room. String group will also start on this day after school in the Music Dept. Check the board or Teams for your lesson time and start practising!<\/p>\n

Japanese Club Meeting (Mrs Morris)<\/strong>
\nAll existing club members and any pupils interested in learning Japanese, writing to Japanese pupils, learning about Japanese Culture and customs please come along to C9 on Thursday 28th August at lunch time (bring your lunch, or join us after lunch). You MUST come and see Mrs Morris in C9 for a pass on Mon\/Tues\/Wed if you plan to come to this meeting.<\/p>\n
