S2 Netball (Miss Johnston)<\/strong>
\nCan all S2 netball players come to a meeting at break today outside the PE classroom.<\/p>\n

Madrid Trip 2025 (Mr Spink)<\/strong>
\nA space has become available on the Madrid Trip, if you are interested and are currently in S3, please come and see Mr Spink asap. The trip is Tue 17th -Sat 21st June 25.<\/p>\n

Quadcopter Challenge (S1-S2 Ms Barclay)<\/strong>
\nIf you have already registered your interest in the Quadcopter Challenge, you’ll be excited to know our Stage 1 packs have arrived and we’re ready to start designing our quadcopters. Meetings start this Wednesday 7th May, and every Monday and\/or Wednesday thereafter. At this time, we don’t have any space for new members, but keep your eye on the bulletin in case spaces become available.<\/p>\n

Article 27: Healthy Food – Free Food (Mrs Young)<\/strong>
\nFree Food: We are trying to reduce food waste therefore can you please come along to D2 at the end of each day to make use of the free food that is available. This will include food that has been cooked in home economics as well as fresh food that needs to be used up. This will be available every day on a first come first served basis and will help make sure food does not get binned which is good for us and the environment! There is usually even more excess on a Friday so get down ASAP! Thanks, Rights Respecting Schools Group<\/p>\n

Right of the Fortnight (Mrs Young)<\/strong>
\nArticle 27 – Food, clothing and safe home: Did you know that KHS supports young people in this by using donations received from The Big House Multibank which covers article 27. We pass these donations to families in need and often include food, drinks and clothing items. We also have a cost of the school day form that can be filled in by parents to request support for this and a school uniform bank.<\/p>\n

\nWe present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy\u2019s radio station, K107FM every Wednesday. You could be involved. We meet every Wednesday in A4 (Dr Murray\u2019s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch\/building pass.<\/p>\n

Chess Club (Dr Black)<\/strong>
\nChess club runs Thursday lunchtimes in A6, 1:10-1:40pm. Beginners to Grand master\u2019s welcome. Collect a lunchtime pass from Dr Black if you would like to come along.<\/p>\n

Equality Group (Dr Murray)<\/strong>
\nThe KHS Equality Group meets every Thursday lunchtime in A4. Anyone who is interested in any aspect of equality is welcome whether it be age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.
