U15 Football (Mr Mooney)<\/strong>
\nThe squad for The Scottish Shield Match against Glenrothes is up on the notice board outside B25. More information on upcoming fixtures is available on Teams.<\/p>\n

Dress Down Day (Dr. Murray)<\/strong>
\nFriday will be a dress down day in aid of the Kirkcaldy Foodbank. The usual rules apply – no football colours, and be sensible about keeping your clothing “school appropriate”. Please give \u00a31 during period 1, or whatever you can afford. Dress to impress!<\/p>\n

Lost Property (Mrs Ross)<\/strong>
\nWe have a large selection of lost property at Reception. Please feel free to come along and check for any missing items. Anything unclaimed before end of term will be donated to a local charity shop.<\/p>\n

S5\/S6 EMA Applications 2024\/25 (Mrs Cook)<\/strong>
\nEMA Applications Forms can now only be accessed and completed online at www.fife.gov.uk\/ema If successful an EMA Learning Agreement will be posted out to your home address. Please complete form and return to Mrs Cook in the school office.\u00a0 If you have applied and been approved for EMA, please bring your completed Learning Agreement to the school office. We cannot proceed with any payments until this has been done. If you have still to apply, please do this as soon as you can. Any applications received by Fife Council after the 4th October 2024 cannot be backdated and you will only be paid from the date the application is received.\u00a0 Please remember you also need to make a new application each academic year.<\/div>\n

\nThe Yearbook + Prom Committee will meet from 3:25 each Wednesday in D9.<\/p>\n

School Netball (Mrs Little)<\/strong>
\nSchool netball resumes next week for all age groups, where you will have the opportunity to train on a weekly basis and compete in competitive matches against other schools. All school netball is FREE and there are no match fees. S3 – S6 will train on Wednesday night 3:30 – 4:15pm<\/p>\n

KHS Radio Show on K107FM (Dr Murray) \ud83d\udcfb<\/strong>
\nWe present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy\u2019s radio station, K107FM every Wednesday. You could be involved. We meet every Wednesday in A4 (Dr Murray\u2019s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch\/building pass.<\/p>\n

Anime and Manga Club (Ms Kelsey)<\/strong>
\nAnime and Manga club will be on a Wednesday lunchtime in B29.<\/p>\n

S2 Football (Mr Pennel)<\/strong>
\nS2 Football will start on Wednesday after school from 3.25pm to 4.15pm.<\/p>\n

S1-3 Study Club (Dr Black)<\/strong>
\nIf you need a place to complete your homework or get some extra practice in come along Wednesdays after school (3:30 – 4:30)<\/p>\n

KHS Glee Club (Mr Wilkie)<\/strong>
\nKHS Glee Club with Mrs Duckett and Mr Wilkie begins Wednesday after school, 3:30pm \u2013 4:30pm in E12. No auditions, anyone who is interested in trying out singing in a show choir is welcome! Please see Mr Wilkie for more information.<\/p>\n

\nTogether We Can group is on after school, Thursdays in the PE department from 3:30-4:15<\/p>\n

Equality Group (Dr Murray)<\/strong>
\nThe KHS Equality Group meets every Thursday lunchtime in A4. Anyone who is interested in any aspect of equality is welcome whether it be age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.
