Boys U15 Football (Mr Mooney)<\/strong>
\nAll those wishing to represent the school at U15 level this year should attend a meeting at break today in Mr Mooney’s room (B25).<\/p>\n

S1 School of Dance Auditions (Mrs Poynter)<\/strong>
\nPlease check the notice board in P.E to see when your audition is. Make sure you bring a full change of kit and meet in the P.E department at the start of the period. If you are unable to attend your audition, please let a member of the P.E department aware of this.<\/p>\n

Japanese Club (Mrs Morris)<\/strong>
\nJapanese club will return on a Monday lunch time in C9 with Mrs Morris. Come along with your lunch and learn about the Japanese culture and language. Help us to prepare to host Japanese visitors in our school on Friday 27th September.<\/p>\n

S5\/S6 EMA Applications 2024\/25 (Mrs Cook)<\/strong>
\nEMA Applications Forms can now only be accessed and completed online at www.fife.gov.uk\/ema If successful an EMA Learning Agreement will be posted out to your home address. Please complete form and return to Mrs Cook in the school office.
\nIf you have applied and been approved for EMA, please bring your completed Learning Agreement to the school office. We cannot proceed with any payments until this has been done. If you have still to apply, please do this as soon as you can. Any applications received by Fife Council after the 4th October 2024 cannot be backdated and you will only be paid from the date the application is received. Please remember you also need to make a new application each academic year.<\/p>\n

Awards are available to assist pupils in continuing their education at school in fifth and sixth years. School Netball (Mrs Little)<\/strong>
\nSchool netball resumes next week for all age groups, where you will have the opportunity to train on a weekly basis and compete in competitive matches against other schools. All school netball is FREE and there are no match fees.

KHS Radio Show on K107FM (Dr Murray) \ud83d\udcfb<\/strong>
\nWe present a weekly show on Kirkcaldy\u2019s radio station, K107FM every Wednesday. You could be involved. We meet every Wednesday in A4 (Dr Murray\u2019s room in Science) to plan the show. Come along and bring your lunch! See Dr M for a lunch\/building pass.<\/p>\n

\nThe KHS D&D Group meets in D2 (Home Ec) every Thursday after school. Take part in exciting adventures and storytelling. It\u2019s all up to the fate of the dice!<\/p>\n

Chess Club (Dr Black)<\/strong>
\nChess club runs Thursday lunchtimes in A6, 1:10-1:40pm. Beginners to Grand master\u2019s welcome. Collect a lunchtime pass from Dr Black if you would like to come along.<\/p>\n

Together We Can Group (Miss Johnston)<\/strong>
\nTogether We Can group is on after school, Thursdays in the PE department from 3:30-4:15<\/p>\n
