our nursery and school, children&#8217;s social skills will be fostered in an environment where positive relationships are actively promoted.<\/p>\n<p>It is vital for all staff to develop a consistent approach to managing children\u2019s behaviour and to offer solutions to help children restore relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Emotion Works is used across our nursery and school to help children to identify their emotions, the triggers and what solutions can help resolve the issue.<\/p>\n<p>Behaviour is a form of communication and can occur for a number of reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a new baby<\/li>\n<li>family difficulties \u2013 unemployment\/ill health<\/li>\n<li>separation or divorce<\/li>\n<li>bereavement<\/li>\n<li>moving house<\/li>\n<li>different rules and expectations at
