You can either pick Higher with Football or Higher with Netball.<\/p>\n<p>Higher with Football &#8211; The practical activities you do for the year is football and badminton.<\/p>\n<p>Higher with Netball &#8211; The practical activities you do for the year is netball and badminton.<\/p>\n<p>Similar to National 5, you look at the 4 factors that can impact your performance and complete a training programme to improve your development needs. However, at Higher level you are expected to go into a lot more detail.<\/p>\n<p>There is an 2.5 hour exam at the end of the year where you have to answer a question paper. Also at some point in the year you will be assessed in two Special Performance&#8217;s on activities of your choice.
