Hill of Beath Parent Council Meeting 24.3.26
Present: Ann, Erin, Aleighsha, Rubyanne, Sam, Steph, Clodagh, Stacey, Adele, Cheryl, Cara and Mrs Lewis.
Treasurer Report: £4983.35
252 easter eggs bought and ready for easter egg hunt on 1.4.26. Stacey, Steph, Rubyanne and Clodagh meeting at 1030 to hide eggs during break times for all children. Alternatives available for those who can’t have chocolate. Eggs provided for nursery too.
£30.40 in bank from Rag Bag Fund. Amount has been reducing so we will promote this to continue raising money from this.
Ladies Day 3rd May 1-6pm.
Advertise for a collection of bottle bags for raffle prizes. Any further donations for raffle due in by 26th April. 30 tickets left at £20 each. One last push on social media to promote and sell final tickets. Steph/Erin checking with hob club about cleaning times etc for us getting into set up.
Bouncy Castle Man
Mark has been in touch about doing a joint fundraiser in the community. The company provides all bouncy castles/advertising/staff. Cost would be £7 per wristband with £1 from each sold going to PC fund and a free Halloween or Christmas disco included. Rubyanne going to speak to Mark re final details and ask about timings with possible a quieter ASN hour.
Nurture Room
Adele, Stacey and Cheryl leading the new nurture room refurb which will include new flooring and decoration, then lead onto new resources to allow for more calming quiet space for those who need it. Two new spin chairs have been ordered to replace broken one. Adele, Stacey and Cheryl going to send links to Steph for resources to be ordered.
